Lee was looking for a new driveway after numerous problems parking on the road, upon arrival we discussed multiple different plans as the driveway was pretty steep, working with Lee we managed to find a happy medium and produced a gorgeous new open space. A Tarmac driveway was installed with a Bradstone Woburn Rumbled block paved border and ACO drainage.

What did we do?

• We Dug out all the overgrown gardenand disposed of it at a recycling centre, then digging down to spec

• We then added two layers of Type 1 MOT roadstone and constructed retaining edges for the driveway using path edgings.

• ACO drainage was installed at the bottom of the slope to ensure proper water flow.

• We then installed the block border on a C35 ready mixed concrete

• We also installed a Paved step as the new height was further below DPC

• Finally, we installed the Tarmac in two layers at 70mm (20mm binder, 6mm SMA)
